Where are your products made?
Our goods are developed by the Momofuku Culinary Lab and produced with high-quality ingredients sourced globally, focusing on authentic flavors and traditional techniques.
Are your products vegan or vegetarian friendly?
Many of our products, including our Chili Crunch and Soy & Scallion Noodles, are vegan. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed dietary information.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Chili Crunch and Noodles?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening; just store it in a cool, dry place. Dried noodles should also be stored in your pantry until the expiration date listed on the pack.
